Nebuta Museum Wa Rasse is a museum located in Aomori, near the JR Aomori Station. It introduces the amazing and colorful huge Lantern Floats used during the Aomori Nebuta Festival. Based on my research, the Nebuta Festival is celebrated and held throughout Japan (the country's long-standing tradition).Aomori and Hirosaki are the most famous when it comes to this kind of festival.

The Aomori Nebuta Festival is celebrated annually (month of August) where millions of people including the tourists joining in. Consisting of Dancers, Taiko Drummers, and Musicians together with the huge colorful Nebuta Lantern Floats. These lantern floats are carried by men as they parade in the city of Aomori.
Here's a short video clip of what's inside the Nebuta Museum Wa Rasse.
Nebuta Festival has already ended when we went to Aomori. However, we still had the chance to see the Nebuta Lantern Floats inside the museum. Japanese designed the museum to give the tourists an atmosphere as if you are in a festival.
If by any chance you are in Aomori early in August, do not miss to check the schedule of Nebuta Festival. I am sure that it is worth a visit. Address and Location:
