Yamashita Park is one of the main tourist spots in Naka Ward, Yokohama, Japan. It is a public park famous for its relaxing sea breeze facing the Yokohama Bay. We visited Yokohama to experience more of the autumn season, to walk around the China Town, and to enjoy the sea breeze facing the bay with cruise ships and luxury liners passing by.
These are some of the pictures I have while in Yokohama Park. That big ship is called Hikawa Maru, once a first-class ship that is already retired and turned into a museum.
This is Yokohama during the Autumn season. The side of the streets have Ginko Trees, dominating the place in color yellow.
Just a few blocks from Yamashita Park, you will see the China Town of Yokohama which is known as the world's best Chinese food spot. The area is said to be 250,000 square meter filled with 600 shops. If you like Chinese food, do not miss this place when you travel to Yokohama.
