You need to be aware of timings of the tide so you can experience a walk towards the Floating Torri Gate. Unfortunately, it was high tide when we were in Miyajima Island. But still, it was a great travel experience.

Miyajima Island is one of the top three scenic spots in Japan, the other two are Matsushima Bay and Amanohashidate. One of Miyajima Island’s scenic spot, aside from Itsukushima Shrine, is the Floating Torii Gate.
