Aichi Prefecture: Oasis 21 in Sakae District Nagoya

Oasis 21 is a futuristic shopping complex in Nagoya's downtown district, Sakae. It is just a 30-minute walk east of Nagoya Station. The place is known for its oval spaceship called 'Spaceship Aqua’ that has a floating glass roof! I recommend to visit the place at night time to see the colorful lights especially the amazing structure of Spaceship Aqua.

 This place is also known of its old landmark, the Nagoya TV Tower, the first TV tower of its kind in Japan.
